Abstract
Fertility in women is influenced by various factors, including age, hormonal balance, diet, exercise, stress levels, and medical conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis. Age plays a significant role, with peak fertility typically occurring in women in their 20s and early 30s, declining sharply after the age of 35. In men, factors affecting fertility include sperm quality and quantity, which also decrease with age. A balanced diet is essential for fertility, with key nutrients and dietary patterns playing a crucial role in improving fertility outcomes. Lifestyle factors such as stress management, adequate sleep, avoiding smoking and alcohol, maintaining a healthy weight, and regular exercise also contribute to fertility. Maintaining hormonal balance is vital for fertility in both men and women, as an imbalance can disrupt the reproductive cycle and affect fertility outcomes. Factors such as stress, poor diet, exposure to environmental toxins, and lack of sleep can disrupt hormonal balance and affect fertility. The hormones estrogen, progesterone, follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and testosterone play crucial roles in the reproductive cycle and pregnancy. Understanding the role of these hormones and their impact on fertility is essential for maintaining healthy hormone levels and promoting optimal fertility.
