Abstract
Abstract The global ruling system has put the ideas of humanism, liberalism and secularism in front of other countries, especially Islamic countries, with the titles of international conventions and agreements and other globalization programs. Documents such as the "Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women" and the "Beijing Document" are among these documents, which appeared to be a turning point in the process of realizing women's rights at the global level. This article, in a descriptive and analytical way, tries to find out what effect the alignment of these programs with feminist views has on the institution of the beloved family. What is the position of the Islamic State in the face of international documents, which are clearly against the Qur'an and the Sunnah? The findings of this article indicate that although the purpose of these documents is to provide comprehensive support for women's rights, but in the path of individualism and extreme freedom, it has seriously challenged the family and in fact, it has been compiled in order to secure the interests of the capitalist system and sustainable development. .
